Raymond is the Head of Allianz Asia Lab, Allianz’s first dedicated innovation hub to build the next generation digital insurance business model in the region.
He leads a team of data scientists and innovation members to develop cutting-edge customer solutions using the power of data and disruptive solutions. Raymond will be strengthening Allianz’s digital capabilities in the region by deep-diving into big data and deriving insights for predictive data modelling.
Raymond is a behavioural economist and has a keen interest in understanding consumer’s behaviour through data analytics. Before joining Allianz, he was with Publicis Groupe and was instrumental in changing the DNA of the agency by establishing their data analytics services. With a cross-industry experience in various roles at Oracle and SAS Institute, he has held leadership positions in consulting, solution sales, channels management to IT management.
Raymond holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from NUS, Singapore and a MBA from University of Strathclyde, UK.
