Angela See has been working at FWD for 4 years, with responsibility for Product & Channel Marketing. After spending nearly a decade working in marketing and business development for insurance business, Angela believes that what truly drives conversion is not simply about the product innovation. It’s how well we connect with the customers, and deliver seamless and amazing experiences to generate customer value profitably and in turn increase sales through personalisation. In the current digital age, she is a passionate advocate on embracing insurtech innovation and IoT solutions for personalized insurance product offerings.
Angela holds a MA in Communication and New Media from City University of Hong Kong. She is a well-rounded individual who lives with passion and dedication. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling to experience different cultures and reading books.
